Application for Wilderness Festival 2018
Join us for the 8th season of Wilderness, a festival devoted to providing guests with the cream of the street food crop, handpicked with every cuisine imaginable. We are looking for food traders from all types of cuisines who are serving up the highest quality food and are passionate about what they do. You'll be serving a discerning, foodie crowd who will expect the best and you'll be part of a food lineup that includes the biggest names in the business.
Load in: You will be given a time slot Monday - Wednesday
Show Dates: Thursday 2nd - Sunday 5th Aug 2018
Load out: Monday 6th August
Applications close: 31st January 2018

Fees are commission based (on net sales) with deposits based on pitch size, location and output
All traders will be invoiced a non refundable deposit payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. This deposit amount is dependant on offering of the individual trader and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your Eat Me Drink Me (EMDM) reference number to complete your application.
Once we have receive the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by 28th Febraury 2018. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable deposit, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

£100 cash litter bond payable on arrival
Option to sell soft drinks at additional cost
No vinyl or PVC signage permitted. You will be required to provide images of your planned branding and menu for sign off. And adhere to brand guidelines detailed below.
