Application for Wilderness Festival 2019
Join us for the 9th season of Wilderness, a festival devoted to providing guests with the cream of the street food crop, handpicked with every cuisine imaginable. We are looking for street food traders from all types of cuisines who are serving up the highest quality food and are passionate about what they do. You'll be serving a discerning, foodie crowd who will expect the best and you'll be part of a food lineup that includes the biggest names in the business.
Please note, we are only looking for street food, soft drinks and coffee traders. We do not manage the bars or retail for this event.
Load in: You will be given a time slot Monday - Wednesday
Show Dates: Thursday 1st - Sunday 4th Aug 2019
Load out: Monday 5th August
Applications close: 31st January 2019

Fees are commission based (on net sales) with non refundable minimum fee based on pitch size, location and output.
All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. This minimum fee + VAT amount is dependant on offering of the individual trader and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application.
Once we have receive the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by 1st March 2019. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

£150 cash litter, damages and impact bond is payable on arrival
If you wish to sell prepackaged soft drinks, a fee will be payable to the bar provider.
No vinyl or PVC signage permitted. You will be required to provide images of your planned branding and menu for sign off. And adhere to brand guidelines detailed below.
