Application for The Great Escape
The Great Escape kicks off our summer season with hundreds of artists spread over a vast number of venues throughout Brighton, including the iconic beachfront venue and Jubilee Street.
We are looking for street food traders to provide something special for those in attendance. Captivating menus and glorious food for the masses.
Please note, we are only looking for street food Traders. We do not manage the bar or retail traders for this event.
Load in: Tuesday 7th May, 6pm
TGE Show Dates: Wednesday 8th 4pm - 11pm Thursday 9th - Saturday 11th May 12pm -11pm
SITE CLOSED Sunday 12th - Thursday 16th May - unit to be left onsite throughout, 24hr security is provided. Traders must commit for both weekends to be successful.

Fees are commission based (on net sales).
All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. Minimum fees are based on pitch size, location and output and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team if your application is successful.
Electricity fee is chargeable. This will be confirmed to you in your processing email.
If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application.
Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking within two months of the application closing date. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, the power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions, which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

£100 cash litter, damages and impact bond is payable on arrival
