Application for Green Field Summer Event

Join us for a premium multi-day green field event of mixed arts, music and activities. For this hugely exciting, all-inclusive event, guests are able to enjoy unlimited access to all food and drink offerings throughout the event. It is cashless throughout and consumption is measured using RFID technology in the users’ wristbands.

It will be a busy event that will require the best street food and drinks, highest service levels and a key requirement is to keep queues to an absolute minimum throughout the show. You will be guaranteed a minimum fee to cater to guests and reimbursed beyond this guarantee on a 'per item served’ basis and measured against a menu and prices agreed prior to the event. Additional contractual obligations will be detailed after your application and will include the likes of guaranteeing the ability to serve a minimum number of meals throughout the event, portion sizing etc.  We are looking for the very best street food, juice bars, sweets and non-alcoholic drinks (no bars or coffee).

Applications start being considered as soon as they are submitted. Please get your application in as soon as possible to avoid disappointed as slots do get booked up.

You will be paid a minimum guarantee for your attendance based on a pre agreed number of portions. Any sales above this will be reimbursed per portion by the client. Sales will be recorded by RFID system implemented by the client, it will require the caterer to input the menu items being served to the guest prior to the guest confirming the order using their wristband.

The final fee paid to you will equal the number of portions you sell. Fees will vary according to your food type and menu prices.

Once we have receive the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by 30th April 2018.  We will also supply you with terms for payment and resupply a copy of out standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.
