Street Food Application for Camp Bestival 2019
Join us for an awe inspiring multi award winning family festi-holiday set in the stunning grounds of Lulworth Castle, Dorset. This festival has a uniquely wide demographic, appealing to many, especially those with children looking for a magical weekend away. We require family friendly street food, soft drink and coffee traders to get involved.
Please note, this is the application for street food, soft drinks and coffee only. To apply for retail, please click HERE. We do not manage the bars for this event.

Show Dates: Thursday 25th July - Sunday 28th July
Load out: Monday 29th July 2019

Fees are commission based (on net sales) with non refundable minimum fee based on pitch size, location and output.
All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. This minimum fee + VAT amount is dependant on offering of the individual trader and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application.
Once we have receive the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking within two months of the application deadline. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

There is a very strict environmental policy which will need to be adhered to at all times.
All food and drink stalls are expected to only use 100% compostable cups and cutlery.
If you are selling soft drinks, no plastic bottles are allowed. Cans only.
£150 cash litter, damages and impact bond is payable on arrival
Have you registered?
Please make sure you have registered to be an Eat Me Drink Me trader before completing the event application form. You will then be sent an email confirming your Unique Trader Code.
