Retail Application for Camp Bestival 2019

Join us for a multi award winning family festi-holiday set in the stunning grounds of Lulworth Castle, Dorset. This festival has a uniquely wide demographic, appealing to many, especially those with children looking for a magical weekend away. This event is a chance to showcase what you have to offer.

Please note, this is the application for retail only. To apply for street food, soft drinks and coffee, please click HERE. We do not manage the bars for this event.

A pitch fee is charged based on pitch size, product and location which is payable in advance.

This pitch fee + VAT amount is dependant on offering of the individual trader and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application. 

Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking within two months of the application deadline.  We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non refundable pitch fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

There is a very strict environmental policy which will need to be adhered to at all times. Please reduce your use of packaging as much as possible.

£150 cash litter, damages and impact bond is payable on arrival

Camping restrictions *
You can camp behind your pitch if required. However, there may be one or two areas where this isn’t possible due to back of house space. This will be confirmed to you should your application be confirmed. Please note, the showers are located in the staff campsite.
Please list dimensions in metres (frontage x depth) This should be the total of your stall/ truck dimensions and your back up vehicle/ gazebo dimensions. Please note, only essential vehicles will be allowed to park behind your pitch.
