Application for Lytham Festival 2019
Join us for the 10th anniversary of Lytham Festival! A festival of music, culture & food! Having originated as a one-day event, Lytham has grown in popularity offering five consecutive summertime concerts for all ages. They have created a well-crafted mix of nostalgia, contemporary & classical music suitable for a broad audience. This is one of Lancashire’s largest outdoor greenfield music events attracting upwards of 70,000 attendees across the whole event period, who are expecting an array of different foods to enjoy whilst watching many musical talents. Line up includes The Human League, Stereophonics, Kylie, Rod Stewart and finishing the incredible festival will be Michael Ball & Sheridan Smith at the Hollywood Proms.

Please note, we are only looking for street food, coffee and dessert traders (no ice cream). We do not manage the bars or retail for this event.

Load out: Sunday 14th July post egress or by 11:00 Monday 15th July

Fees are commission based (on net sales).
All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. Minimum fees are based on pitch size, location and output and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team if your application is successful.
Electricity fees: Fee provided on application.
If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application.
Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by 28th May 2019. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

Please make sure you have registered to be an Eat Me Drink Me trader before completing the event application form. You will then be sent an email confirming your Unique Trader Code.
