Application for Knebworth Winter Festival 2019
We are delighted to be partnering with our friends at Winter Festivals Ltd again for the return of Knebworth Winter Festival!
The lavish Tudor estate has played host to a busy Christmas Fair for over 20 years and we're thrilled to be taking on the responsibility for the 2nd year running. The fair is set to be a truly magical event with hundreds of stalls and a themed outdoor food and drink village. Join us for a traditional, festive 3 days at this stunning country estate just one hour's drive north of London.
Applications start being considered as soon as they are submitted. Please get your application in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as slots do get booked up.
Please note we are not booking bars for this event.

£150 cash litter, damages and impact bond is payable on arrival (street food only)
Craft & Gift Traders: Dependent on pitch size, ranging from £280 + VAT to £580 + VAT . Prices will be provided upon receiving your application.
6ft trestle table’s included.
Street food & Coffee Traders: Fees are commission based (on net sales). All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. Minimum fees are based on pitch size, location and output and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team if your application is successful.
If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application.
Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.
