Application for Knebworth Winter Festival

We are delighted to be partnering with our friends at Winter Festivals Ltd on an exciting new event for 2018 - Knebworth Winter Festival. 

The lavish Tudor estate has played host to a busy Christmas Fair for over 20 years and we're thrilled to be taking on the responsibility this seasonal event. This year the fair will be bigger than ever before, featuring 200 stalls, a themed outdoor food and drink village, programmed feature stage and enchanting Santa's grotto. Join us for a traditional, festive 3 days at this stunning country estate one hour's drive north of London.

Applications start being considered as soon as they are submitted. Please get your application in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as slots do get booked up.

When

Load in: Wednesday 7th November or Thursday 8th November 2018

Show days: Friday 9th - Sunday 11th November 2018

Load out: Night of or Monday 12th November 2018

Fees

Craft & Gift Stalls: Dependent on pitch size, ranging from £280 + VAT to £555 + VAT . Prices will be provided upon receiving your application.

1 x 6ft trestle table included

Street food (up to 6m frontage): £840 + VAT (power charges apply)

Small units (chesnuts/chocolate dip):        £450 + VAT (power charges apply)

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your Eat Me Drink Me (EMDM) reference number to complete your application which you recieve when you register as a trader with us. 

Once we have receive the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will be in touch. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable deposit, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.
