Application for Greenwich Music Time 2019
Greenwich Music Time returns for the 6th anniversary shows this year and is set to be a memorable 6 day event full of prestigious live acts!
We’re looking for passionate and skilled street food traders that can efficiently produce high quality food for an affluent audience. Traders will be serving up delicious eats whilst customers enjoy live music from the nation’s most loved acts such as Cliff Richard, alongside the Capital’s iconic riverside.
Please note, we are only looking for street food. Bars and retail, please do not apply.

TUESDAY 2nd JULY IS A NO TRADE DAY. All traders must be prepared to leave their structures/kit on site on this day.

Fees are commission based (on net sales). All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. Minimum fees are based on pitch size, location and output and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team if your application is successful.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application.
Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.
If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by April 9th. We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us. There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

£100 cash litter, damages and impact bond is payable on arrival.
No parking is provided onsite
This site is protected ground. You must be especially careful not to cause any damages and all grey waste must be removed by yourselves.
