Raclette Brothers serve traditional Alpine street food with a modern twist. Everything is based around melting wheels of raclette, which is then served over garlic fried potatoes, homemade pickled cornichons and silverskin onions. Added options include cured meats from Cobble Lane, beef bourguignon and Toulouse sausage. All their produce is locally sourced or made - the cheese is from Bermondsey and meat from Cobble Lane or Ginger Pig. They try to keep their dishes simple and let the quality speak for itself.
