Linnets Kitchen owner Jane Berridge believes in well-sourced, seasonal British food – think Yorkshire pudding with slow-cooked ox cheeks or free range chicken, and sides like creamed leeks, carrot puree and pickled cabbage.. She's always loved food and last year decided to take the plunge, working with some of the top traders at London street food market and festivals. She now trades as Linnets Kitchen, using best quality meats and seasonal veg from small green grocers to create traditional comfort food in a street food setting.
