Limpopo Biltong

Specialising in South African cured Air Dried Beef, known as Biltong, Drywors and Bites. Their drying process is uniqu. They let their meat dry for 3.5 days at a very low heat in the chamber and then another 4 days fan dried at room temperature, this gives their Biltong a superior taste, a softer texture and overall a better product.
