Application for Ealing Half Marathon 2019

Join us for Ealing Half Marathon, voted the UK’s best half marathon three years in a row and is West London’s biggest running event. Excited crowds will be lining the streets cheering on those brave enough to take on this challenge for the 8th year.

You will be located in the race village where runners and spectators congregate before, during and after the event. This is an established event that has been running since 2012, growing each year with more and more attendees and always has a great family friendly atmosphere.

Fees

Fees are commission based (on net sales).

All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. Minimum fees are based on pitch size, location and output and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team if your application is successful.

Reasonable power is included in the commission fee.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application. 

Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by 28th June 2019.  We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

About your stall/truck
Important notes to consider: Upon your application being processed, you will be asked to provide a detailed diagram of your set up. This will need to include all measurements in metres, access points and outline your front of house and back of house areas. Please have this ready in preparation. Please reduce your back of house space as much as possible as this may affect your location. Please note, if you are trading from a vehicle once these are sited by the Eat Me Drink Me team they cannot be moved for any reason. There is no camping behind stalls in the main arena.
