Application for the Creamfields Hospitality Area 2019

Join us this summer at one of the world's leading dance music festival. Born in 1998, the original dance festival set out to provide the clubbing world with a bespoke large-scale outdoor event and has gone on to become the most popular and renowned open-air electronic music festival in the world.

We are looking for street food, coffee, boutique bars and retail.

Please note, there are limited spots available to trade in the Hospitality area at Creamfields this summer.

Fees

Fees are commission based (on net sales).

All traders will be invoiced a non refundable minimum fee + VAT, payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed.

Minimum fees are based on pitch size, location and output and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team if your application is successful.

Electricity fee: TBC

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - you will need to include your unique trader code to complete your application. 

Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation, diagram of your set up and images to - we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking by 13th April 2019.  We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable minimum fee + VAT, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

About your stall/truck
Important notes to consider: Upon your application being processed, you will be asked to provide a detailed diagram of your set up. This will need to include all measurements in metres, access points and outline your front of house and back of house areas. Please have this ready in preparation. Please reduce your back of house space as much as possible as this may affect your location. Please note, if you are trading from a vehicle once these are sited by the Eat Me Drink Me team they cannot be moved for any reason. There is no camping behind stalls in the main arena.

Camping restrictions *
No camping behind stands - there is a designated campsite for staff/traders.
