Application for After Dark 2018

Chiswick House & Gardens Trust (CHGT) are opening their doors for an after dark unmissable opportunity to visit the award winning, historic gardens viewing them in a whole new light.

Guests will follow a beautifully lit trail featuring an array of contemporary lighting installations curated by Nick Gray (Lighting Designer) ending in the Walled Gardens where there will be a variety of food traders and alcohol bar’s.

The event will run Thursday through to Sunday from the 15th November until 30th December.

Fees

Fees are commission based (on net sales)

All traders will be invoiced a non refundable deposit payable in advance that will be deducted from the final licence fee owed. This deposit amount is dependant on offering of the individual trader and will be confirmed directly by the Eat Me Drink Me team.

The fee structure and power costs will be confirmed in your processing email that you will be sent once you have applied.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at this event, please complete the application form below - dont forget to include your Eat Me Drink Me (EMDM) reference number. 

Once we have received the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation and images to please note we will not be able to consider your application without this information.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking . We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable deposit, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied for certain events and/or venues - any terms or conditions listed in this document will supersede the standard Eat Me Drink Me ones.

Other

After Dark will be providing an IZettle card payment system. All food traders will work off this system and be paid their earnings weekly.

After Dark will provide a 2 x 3.067m footprint and shell structure for you to serve from. Further information to follow on the design once contracted.

Please note there is no additional storage onsite and there is no BOH space provided. Restocking times will be confirmed closer to the event.

A £100 CASH litter & impact bond payable on arrival.

Please note the event will be providing 2.5m x 2.5m structures to trade from. There is no other storage onsite or behind your pitch.
