Application for London Food Month at Westfield

A unique opportunity for 4 London based food trucks to take part in the Evening Standard Night Market in Kensington this summer. This offer also incorporates pitches at both Westfield shopping centres before & after the Night Market. A key part of the Evening Standard London Food Month, the Night Market takes place across 12 nights (16 sessions) from 7th to 18th June.

  • Westfield White City: 1st - 4th June
  • Night Market, Kensington: 7th - 18th June
  • Westfield Stratford: 22nd - 25th June

Restrictions

  • Vintage trucks only
  • Max vehicle height: 2.9m
  • Max vehicle width: 2.4m
  • Temporary Westfield decals will be provided for your truck for the duration of the event and removed at the end.

  • 7th - 18th June
  • 22nd - 25th June (Stratford)

Fees

Fees will be on the basis of a % of takings and are available on application. There will also be a set fee for power.

Notes

Traders can book the whole run or White City & 1st 6 nights / 2nd 6 nights & Stratford. The truck must serve independently (ie no back up gazebo or storage)

Once we have receive the form, we will send you a unique email address to send your relevant documentation and images to.

If your application is successful we will contact you via email to confirm the booking.  We will also supply you with terms for payment of the non-refundable deposit, power fee, cancellation fees and our standard terms and conditions which must be signed by you in order to trade with us.  There may also be a specific agreement supplied with certain events and/or venues.
