Travelling Tiki

Parul of Travelling Tikki had the fortune to grow up all over India, from Mumbai to Chennai, Kolkata, and Bangalore, and her cooking is influenced by it all. The result is creative Indian street food -- Bun tikkis (soft toasted baps packed with delicious fillings, chutneys and salad), paratha rolls (Indian flatbread wraps), hot boxes (a main, a side, rice, salad and a bhajji, all packed in together), stuffed naan bread and Indian breakfast/brunch hot sandwiches.
